Well, Mason Howard was a healthy scratch tonight.
This seems very suspicious in my opinion.
This is my guess, repeat my guess only::
Mason Howard had a dispute/confrontation with Billy Burke , which I don't blame him.

Billy said in his post game presser that Howard is at home awaiting a trade. “Mutual decision” that he is no longer with the team.
