If the IceDogs can play out of the Jack for many years, surely the Bulldogs can play out of the civic centre for one.

Needing a new roof has nothing to do with upgrades. They would need a new roof regardless of who plays there.

Expanding a dressing room would take one afternoon and a sledgehammer.

There's no reason they couldn't play there for a year.
