hehe, on the OHL that would be a penalty + suspension. In the NHL it's called a 'good hit'
The 'O really needs to start teaching their players to keep their heads up, and get rid of the head checking / checking from behind penalties. Because as long as they're around, players are going to skate with their heads down. I think a lot of 'O players moving to the NHL are going to be in for a rude awakening when it comes to bodychecking. Especially the ones that have played their OHL careers with the strict new penalties on hitting.
